Do I need a Business? No, but you might want one if you plan to carry out business in the Caribbean. Registering a business is not the same as forming a company. A company helps protect your personal assets. Both a registered Business and Company unlocks the ability for your business to open bank accounts, enter into contracts, hire employees, and get business licenses and permits.

You choose. Single-member Businesses can file as a sole proprietor. Multi-member Businesses can file as a partnership. Any Businesses can file as a C or S corporation.

It depends. Our price plans start at $200 (plus filing fees), and you can add more services as you go to suit your business. Something to keep in mind—these costs are often tax-deductible.
