Dr. Jamiilah Linton-Anane is a Senior Human Resource Professional/Consultant/HR Expert with over 15 years human resource management experience. As a HR Consultant Dr. Anane is passionate about transformation of the HR function to ensure added value which will bring profitability, accountability and return on investment to her clients.
Dr. Linton-Anane gained her wealth of experienced having worked in the capacity of Senior Manager, Organizational Transformation and Development for the largest telecommunications company in Trinidad and Tobago and was charged with the responsibility for the strategic alignment of People Development & Performance Management, Talent Management & Resourcing and Employee Engagement.
Her human resource experience spans across the private and public sectors both locally and regionally and has worked in various industries including Government, Financial and Telecommunications. Her areas of competency include Strategic Human Resources, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, HR Planning and Development, Performance Management, Training and Development, Change Management and Industrial Relations.
She is the holder of Doctorate in Christian Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts double major degree in Management Studies and Public Sector Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Trinidad. Dr. Linton-Anane is also certified in numerous training programmes which makes her competent in leadership skills and style. Her membership with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) continues to provide her with resources to keep abreast of trends and documentary evidence to support her career.
Dr. Linton-Anane continues to certify herself in the HR profession and in 2015 attained the Senior Certified Human Resource Professional (SCP-HRM) certification from the internationally known Society of Human Resource Management. She is also visiting professor with the St. George’s University in all the core areas of Human Resources.
